We host events to create a space where women can come together, feel supported, and be heard. Through shared experiences, education, and connection, we aim to build a strong community that fosters comfort, empowerment, and understanding in women’s health journeys.
Why do we host events?Join us for Yoga for Change, a sunset beach yoga experience dedicated to movement, mindfulness, community, and giving back.
This all-levels sunset beach yoga class will be led by Nicolette Lombardi (@nicolette_lombardi), yoga instructor and holistic living advocate. The evening will conclude with a heart-opening cacao ceremony focused on relaxation, intention-setting, and connection.
In honor of Fibroid Awareness Month, 50% of ticket sales will be donated to The White Dress Project (@wecanwearwhite), a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing awareness, advocacy, education, and support for women affected by uterine fibroids. Through its White Dress Cares initiative, the organization also helps women access medically necessary fibroid care through financial assistance and community support.
